AP EAMCET is an entrance exam conducted to get admissions in engineering colleges organized by the AP State board.

The Cutoff rank for CSE in LBRCE is
OC BOYS : 15992
OC GIRLS : 18114

As your rank is above the cutoff rank, you may not get into LBRCE.
