The chances of admission to a medical college depends and cannot be sure when compared with previous years marks as these cutoffs vary every year depending upon factors like difficulty level of examination, candidates marks etc.

Based on your marks you have very less chance to get admission in government medical colleges under state qouta for bams program. You should have atleast 350+ marks under obc category to get bams admission. This cutoff won't be same this year , it is expected to be much higher.

You can go for private colleges and deemed universities for bams program.
