Since you haven't mentioned your state or category we would answer to your query with referance to UR.

With this score getting a government mbbs/bds seat is difficult on an overall basis. However for mbbs/bds you can try for private medical colleges within your home state or even try in the open domicile states.

Theres also the option of deemed university where chance can be good, but fees in these colleges will be high.

You can also consider opting for courses like BAMS or BHMS. Chances of getting a seat in this score is comparatively better than that of mbbs/bds.

You can also try for bpt. This doesnt take your neet score into consideration. However your 12th percentage plays a major role. Plus some institutes do conduct their own entrance exam.
