Hey,

If you belong to general category it is not possible to get a free seat with your rank. Even with caste it will be very difficult. However you can get a paid seat in agriculture  colleges. You can also try for B Pharm payment seats. If you are still doubtful you can go to the official TS EAMCET website to check cutoff.

In TS EAMCET fee reimbursement is given for students having a rank below 10000 in TS EAMCET and also your parental income should be less than 1 LPA. If your parental income is less than 1 LPA or 2 LPA depending upon your category, then you need your parent's income certificate as a proof to be shown during councelling.

As your rank is 26000 you cannot avail the benefit of fee reimbursement in TS EAMCET.
