Yes, you have decent chances to get seat, moreover if you are from any reserved category, then the chances of your admission get higher. Most likely Anasthesia, Ophthal, , Radio therapy, ENT etc in final Round would be possible. The cutoff doesn't stay the same every year, you need to do counselling very sincerely.
