Yes you can get Mechanical Branch quite easily considering that your AMUEEE score and rank is pretty good. But we can never guarantee the ease upto which you'll get admission. You will have to apply and try for yourself, because each year, rankings and cut-offs vary from other years. So you should also try for other universities and colleges as backup.
