Well frankly speaking 26,500 is not a good rank.when the top colleges are aiming for students with very low ranks.You should have a rank below 17,000 if you want a seat in a good college.so based upon your ranking it is difficult to get a seat in cse in a decent college.so it is better to try for some other course
