JEE mains is an entrance exam conducted for admission to various Engineering courses in top institutes of India. For getting admission into various institutions you have to first qualify JEE mains examination. For getting into top institutes you have to score about 97 percentile. For general category the qualifying percentile is 50 and 4 OBC or SC or SC category it is 45. You have to score at least to the qualifying percentile for getting into even private colleges. I am sorry to say that you don't have chances for getting admission since your percentile is so low.

Honestly your percentile is very low and you cannot even clear the cut off for jee advanced and in josaa also you can not clear the cut offs for NITs/IIITs . I would advise you to kindly opt for any private college.

In this counselling you won't be able to get a college at this percentile as the cut offs depends on certain conditions like choices filled by the candidates, number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs.
