Keeping this in mind, getting into colleges via the All India Quota seats (15%) will be difficult for you. Since you have a domicile of Bihar, you can apply with the State quota seats (85%) and see how that works out for you.

They are:

1. Lord Buddha Koshi Medical College and Hospital,Saharsa (Fee 1200000 per year)
2. Mata Gujri Memorial College Kishanganj (830000 per year)

To get admissio n in these two colleges you need to have a rank around 150000 (maximum).
