• With a rank of about 27,000, you  have chances of grabbing a seat in the NIT Kurukshetra when compared with the results of previous years. But, it is possible if you belong to the general category. Last year, the closing ranks for civil engineering in NIT Kurukshetra was around 33,000 in home state quota. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a rank of around 27,000, you do have chances of procuring a seat in the NIT Kurukshetra when comparing the results of previous years. But, it is possible only if you belong to the general category. Last year, the closing ranks for civil engineering in NIT Kurukshetra was around 33,000 in home state quota. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. If you are from general category then you have very low chances of getting civil engineering in NIT Kurukshetra .According to the trends the cutoff rank for B.Tech in civil engineering in home state division is around 19000.And in outside state cutoff rank is 15000.So it is quite difficult for you to earn a seat in civil in this college.
