If you are willing for a cse or an It seat you may not make in the top 10 colleges.But if you prefer civil or mechanical engineering branches then you may get a seat in any of the top 10 or 15 engineering colleges.

Though you belong to bcd category you may not get a seat in top 10 colleges if you are willing for only cse or an It seat.
