As you stated that your rank in Jkcet is 2850,you can get into SSM college, Jammu and Kashmir.

According to the previous year cutoffs , the allotment ended at 1.5k rank for BE civil engineering.

But if you want to get into the college you can get 

BE Electronics & Communication Engineering

BE Computer Engineering

BE Mechanical Engineering
