The rank scored by you in the exam is a decent one and as you and also as you have mentioned the college in which you are looking for admission and no doubt it is one of the prestigious institution and has good academic records but as you are looking for CSE branch so getting it in this particular rank would be quite difficult as it is one of the most demanding branch and a lot of students try to get in this fields due to which there is rise in cutoffs but definitely you can try for ECE branch as it is also one of the best branch and has a great future scope.
