Hi Bhavani,

According to 2016 statistics, it is a probability that you may not get CSE branch with this rank of yours because the cut-off for CSE in 2016 was 10k.

Still, there is a hope because you are quite close enough.I am attaching a link to the cut-off list below; for your reference.Go through it.
