Last year 461 marks with respective rank of 75029 secured a rank in GMC Barmer, and this year there are higher  chances of cut-offs increasing more so because the entire mark vs rank has gone through a drastic shift with an increase of 30-40 marks, hence it's lot more tough in your case to secure a GMC under state quota, but you may have chances for government seats in private colleges such as Geetanjali Medical College, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, American International Institute of Medical Sciences, National Institute of Medical Science and Research to name a few.
