With 292 marks in NEET 2025, you are likely eligible for admission to private medical colleges or deemed universities, but you're very unlikely to secure a seat in a government medical college, especially if you belong to general category. For reserved category the qualifying cut off is a bit low. However through management quota or NRI seats you may have a chance to get a seat in private colleges depending on the cut off of that specific college.
