See at the rank that you have mentioned it is impossible for you to get top colleges of COMEDK for CSE branch by the end of counselling. Colleges like RVCE, BMSCE, PES University, M.S. Ramaiah etc are almost unlikely for you to get but you can get decent colleges like :

SDM College of Engineering & Technology 

Amruta Institute of Engineering & Management Sciences

Bangalore Technological Institute 

Global Academy of Technology

KLS Gogte Institute of Technology

M.S. Engineering College

And many other lower colleges.
