Sorry to inform you that you have very less chances to get into the college you are expecting.
Even though you belong to the reserved categories you have very less chances.
I have given the cut off range below
1. General category - 686-469
2. OBC- 469-466
3. SC- 466-453
4. ST- 467-304
Hence as per this you have very less chances of getting into the college you are expecting.

Sorry for the Inconvenience.
But still even for dental you will not a seat in the college you are expecting because considering you belong to the general category the cut off was around 347. May be chances would get better if you belong to the reserved categories.
