As far as I know this is your general rank. If you belong to any of the reserved category your category rank will definitely decrease,on the basis of your category rank you might get into a college.
And if you don't belong to any reserved category, your chances of getting into a college is difficult. See there a thousand of college now, so by not getting into college I mean not getting into a good college, you can get into some or other college.

Well, it's very difficult as of now,to predict the cutoff for JEE mains paper 2 based on percentile.You can first calculate your rank by rank=(100-percentile)*145386/100.With this rank,you can compare previous year's cutoff for different colleges and can predict some of the colleges you may be getting.But remember this is not the final rank.It will change based on the april session of mains.For more colleges visit https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor .Hope this helps.
