As you have not mentioned your state. So, exact prediction would be diificult. However generally, with SC category and 301 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite low as cutoffs for SC in most state are 350+. But some states like Karnataka have much lower cutoffs and you may get a seat there.
So,much depends on state you belong to.
Also you can go for good private colleges.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
