No your score is much less to get any college through the counselling based selection process. You can get the admission in private colleges that do not take admission on the basis of JEE score or we can say merit based selection process. For the admission to any government colleges you will have to try again better next time. With the mentioned percentile you might not even qualify the JEE mains exam.
