             You may or may not get any NIT or govt college. It depends upon your rank and home state. If you are from places like Mizoram, Assam , Tripura, Arunachal,  Manipur... then you may get seat on your home state quota in your NIT. If you are not then it can be difficult for you to get any.
Amission in colleges depends upon Cut off list prepared by the colleges or by JoSAA. It depends upon your rank also.You should apply for counselling.Try filling government colleges in home quota first .
Try checking previous year cut off list and closing rank of NIT's and IIIT's.Which can be checked here

Hi Abhijeet, if you got 30 marks then your choices are less to get govt. college in India but in your home state, you will get the seat in govt. college.
