Hello aspirant,

Sorry to say that you can't get NIT for 31 percentile in JEE Mains 2021. It is difficult for you to qualify in this exam with this percentile. Previous year for this percentile the students have not got qualified. The cut-off changes every year and depending on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available etc.

It is better to try for Private Engineering Colleges or Universities for management seats or paid seats but in some colleges they might ask to write University Entrance Exam. Because with this marks it is mostly not possible to get qualified in the exam and getting NIT for this rank is next to impossible.
