You are having a good rank though the competition will be very tough as that is the special round and many candidates will apply for the councillings and in that you are have 50-50 chances for getting a seat as the allotment depends on various factors such as category, home state quota, branch, number of students applied, availability of seats, previous years cutoff trends, etc.
