311 is just a fine score but through ALL INDIA QOUTA you won't be able to fetch even a veterinary seat in India.

Acc. to last year's allotment list of Second and Final round of counsellig, the last rank to get admission under OBC category was 33997 AIR. The candidate was alloted College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Aizawl, Mizoram.
