If I consider the previous year data .Then you have negligible chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in West Bengal even through state quota .You might get admission in some other colleges through all india quota.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much  can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

Last year, a minimum score of 183 was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical college, Murshidabad in St category under the state quota.
