As per your rank which is 32k approximately you stand fair chances to get a seat in pharm.d but it depends on the cut offs which colleges you will get because it depends upon certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
