I got 320 in general category so is it possible for get government medical college in west Bengal or Maharashtra

From your profile it seems you belong to Maharashtra, with 320 marks it's tough to secure a GMC seat under state quota as cut-offs are comparatively higher to that of your given marks, even through AIQ it's tough to secure a GMC as it's cut-offs are higher than state quotas, you should explore other options of private colleges or deemed university, cut-offs are subjective to change every year based on multiple factors like seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.
