With 320 marks you can just qualify neet dear , you marks is not sufficient to get  you a seat in Government Medical College,   I know you have said that you are from sc category and also you have delhi domicile but even then dear your marks is low to help you in getting a seat in Government Medical College.
You can work hard and try for next year's neet.
