Hello

I wish you had told us your rank because rank is a better way of predicting colleges as well as your home state. However I guess your rank must be around 140000 to 150000. 

On the basis of your rank it is diificult for you to get a government mbbs college however you might get into private colleges. Also if you are from maharashtra or karnataka you might get into a government dental college with this rank but in other states it might be difficult for you. You can obviously try  for private dental colleges as it is not a bad option considering the fees is around 2.5 lakh per annum in most. You can also check out the scope of BAMS BHMS and AYUSH in  India and think in that direction  too as their cutoffs are comparatively lower. You can also check out BPT cutoff via neet if you think that course will be beneficial. I hope this helped. All the best.
