I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have almost no  chance of getting into deemed medical college with such low marks.This year cut off has gone high and through AIQ,you won't have chance if getting a deemed college unless less students apply for the college with high fees.

Also it would depends upon your state rank whether you can get a private seat in state But chances are less.You may get a paid seat.
