With 327 marks in NEET, you can get admission into MBBS course. However, you can only get deemed medical colleges, which are as follows-

Datta Meghe Institute of medical sciences- 261

GITAM Medical College, Vishakhapatnam- 185

Raja Rajeshwari Medical College- 273

Dr. DY Patil Medical College, Navi Mumbai- 205

Please note that the cut off varies every year depending on various factors such as category of the student, number of students attempting the paper, number of newly opened colleges etc.

Since you have not mentioned your category, i am considering you as a general category student. With the above mentioned marks in NEET exam 2022 and considering the previous year NEET cutoff for general category, you can get seat in MBBS in most of the private colleges or most probably deemed Universities.
