To be honest , a rank of 32800 in the obc category  is not very good performance.You might get NIT if you have home state quota an you are ready to compromise with your branch. It’s difficult to get CSE branch with this rank.

First up all I would like to congratulate you. I suggest you to use predictor tool for more information . I would like to add that the college predictor is an online tool which predicts the probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in exam and seats available .The  predicted might not be accurate but it certainly does give an idea to the aspirant.
