Personality is incomplete without brain , so do the btech is incomplete without maths.  Yes you can apply for that , but  in future it can be trouble for you . My suggestion for you ,  if you want to pursue btech , please improve your mathematical skills,It will going to help you in the future.

Hey aspirant, if you have got 33 marks in maths then you have surely passed in the subject. So accordingly you should be knowing that btech is all about maths in some branches so be aware that whether you would be able to resolve those problems coming in btech or not.
