Hey,

As you told that you got 33 percentile in jee main that means you unqualified in jee mains. So you are not eligible to get any Nit college. Nits are prestigious institutes of India which requires good rank. First of all eligibility for Nit is that you must qualify the jee mains.

Try to state level counseling to get a good college.
