Hello,
According to your rank of 33000 and assuming you are a general category student, then it is quite difficult to get cse in any nit but you may get a seat in cse in North eastern nits like nit sikkim , manipur,arunachal pradesh and other lower ranked nits in special round conducted by csab.

based on your rank and last year trends it is difficult for you to get cse in any nit but you can try for the following choices:

1.north east nit

2.gftis

3.new iiits

4. private colleges based on jee mains like thapar,lnmiit and jaypee noida

With this rank in JEE MAINS,You can definitely get any state level government college,NIT or IIT college. As minimum rank required for the admission in NIT or IIT is under 1lakh and as your rank is under 1lakh,so you are definitely eligible to get admission in any of these colleges. So if you want to get admission in any of these colleges you can apply there.
