Hello. It is hard to predict now if you will get your desired college according to your rank because your rank as well as percentile may change after the April exam. But based on previous years cutoff marks it is expected that  you might be eligible for Beant College of Engineering and technology. But since the jee mains 2019 will be conducted twice and best of two attempts will be considered therefore it is better you wait for the exact results till April.
