hey Vaishali, with this score it is sure that you wont get mbbs seat in any goverment college but you may have chances for BAMS,BDS and BHMS goverment college.So , if you want to go for mbbs than dear you must take a drop and prepare youself accordingly for atleast above 550 marks.,else you may take other courses.
