You have not mentioned ypur category so I assume you belong to general category.
As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With general category and 332 narks, you might not get any government college through All India quota.
But, you have  high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state tgrough state quota or some private college.
However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
