Hi Nazakat, for the admissions in diploma polytechnic colleges in Jammu and Kashmir, after the declaration of result, the merit list and the counselling schedule is updated on the official website. The merit list is obtained on the basis of marks obtained in the Polytechnic Common Entrance Test and the Eligibilty. The college you'll get will be decided in the counselling round. 

Please carry important documents along at the time of counselling.
