Hey !
According to previous years cutoffs, if you belong to the home state then you have bright chances of getting into NIT(ECE branch) Puducherry (as you have mentioned belonging to OBC category). If you are from any other state i.e not belonging to the home state, there is almost nill chance for you to get in there. Check the below link for the cutoffs in any other branches at NIT puducherry.

Dear aspirant your reserved category rank is good enough to get a seat in nit kairaikal nit. For ece the opening rank is around 33078. So you will easily get ece. You have a chance of getting cse also. Check out the link below for more details
