Andhra Pradesh is taking the admission for 15% quota seats through NEET first time so there is no such kind of rule now. If you have the sufficient marks in NEET then you can get admission any where in India (Except J&K) in All India Quota (15%) seats. For 85% quota seats the counselling will be conducted by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada.

Good Luck!
