Based on your rank 33931 considering its your general rank and you are a  genaral candidate you can get ece and eee in northeast like nagaland ,arunachal pradesh, agartala seeing 2018 cutoff , so this year also I hope u can get it

Based on last year cutoff you can also get seat  in ece in  iiit nagpur ,iiit bhopal and cse in iiit kalyani.

Dear Aspirant, according to previous year's trends and cutoffs, you might get all the north eastern NITS like Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, etc for sure. For other medium ranked NITS you might get these branches in spot rounds if seats are left or maybe in last rounds. Nevertheless please wait for cutoffs to be out. Hope it helps!! Good luck!!
