Hello Shiv,
This marks is not enough for any good college. Even you can not go for JEE Mains councelling because you haven't qualified in JEE Mains. Cutoff mark for OBC is 45 Marks and you scored 35 marks only.
You can go for direct admission in Private institute on the basis of your 10+2 marks.

Hi dear ,
You may get or may not get admission in NIT , IIIT, GIFT in JEE main 2018 .Admission in colleges depends upon Cut off list prepared by the colleges or by JoSAA. It depends upon your rank also.You should apply for counselling.Try filling government colleges in home quota first .

Try checking previous year cut off list and closing rank of NIT's and IIIT's. Also look for Deemed to be Universities , Private universities etc.
