If you closely look at the trend then you can observe that you marks should be atleast above 65 to be on safer side. 80 marks is enough just to qualify the JEE mains exams but you may not get your desired colleges:
Do not worry at all you still have an april attempt which goes to be around 2 months from now you still have time to prepare for the april attempt.
Now coming to your second question there are various engineering exams that you can give in order to get in reputed engineering colleges such as
1. BITSAT (Birla Institute of Technology & Science Admission Test)
2. SRMJEE (SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination )
3. COMEDK(Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka): One of the easiest exam with no negative marking.

Hello,
Being eligibile for engineering college depends on your rank. As you mentioned that you belong to OBC category, the reservation factor is very low but high number of seats are reserved for categorical fill up upto 27%.
as per your percentile, it will only get selected in government engineering colleges using your categorical rank and home state quota but you may not get top demanded branches like CSE,ECE. You will get other non technical and core branches.
If you want to make career in CSE,ECE,EEE then look for a good private college and join through counselling. You will easily get due to your categorical rank.
Private colleges also perform better and a good competent of other NITS and government colleges. They provide high scope to the students too.
Look for those college options and try your best to reach to a best one out of it.

Based on your category, your score is not enough to get you a seat in IITs , NITs and CFTIs. But you may have good opportunities in other colleges which accept the JEE score. So try your best.
