hey raj , with this score you cannot get aurobino medical college for mbbs, for that your score must be above 460.you can get some other course like BAMS ,BDS AND BHMS very easily since it is a private college.But ,if you need only Mbbs as your choice so you can secure a seat with management quota or through donation.

If you belong to general category then it looks  difficult to be very honest. In 2016,last person to enter the college had 455 marks. As the cutoffs went high in 2017, a person with 470 marks got an admission there. In 2018, it had in the range of 460s again. But this year as the cutoff is expected to rise as the paper level was called easy comparatively and also the number of candidates had increased. So it may have cutoff in the range of 490+.

But at the same time I'll tell you it has management quota admission also for the rich brats. So if you can afford those fees,  then you always have a chance even at your marks.
