Since your obtained percentile in less in comparison to other aspirants and coming to the point of view of disability it depends upon the the quota which the authorities fixes every year. So definitely you will get any college but due to the variation of certain factors it might will get vary and you need to wait till April when the authorities will goinf to declare the cuttoff.
