If you are SC or ST category.

If you belong to OBC category you have a least chance to get government college.

If you are general category you can't get government college.

In some rare to rare cases only one may get government college. It totally depends on luck.

But choose best college in private colleges.

Considering your rank, your are not eligible to get a seat in a government seat if you are from general category, it maybe hard but you may have a chance to get a seat in the government college if you are from other reserved category like SC/ST, OBC etc.
