Dear aspirant,

According to previous years cut off analysis(which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon difficulty of neet that year ,no of applicants etc etc) your rank will lie between 93121 - 102006 , and assuming you are from general category since you have not mentioned any specfic category ,cut off for tamil nadu from state quota goes around 453 marks against a rank of 42708 and from all india quota goes around 593 marks against 1791rank for MBBS colleges , so you you have no to meagre chances of getting a government college seat at tamil nadu.
