You have not mentioned which category you belong to . With a score of 380, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges, only if you belong to obc or SC or St when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 380 was required to fetch one a seat in Raichur medical college in the general category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
